By ordering or using SecureHosting.website services, customers agree that hosting work may include domain setup, DNS changes, SSL configuration, website publishing, file migration, email setup, server configuration, managed support and related operational tasks.

Packages and payment

Published packages are starting prices. Custom work, urgent migration, dedicated infrastructure, complex email recovery, security cleanup, software repair, ecommerce support, and advanced server management may require a separate quote. PayPal payment is accepted at paypal@talktoai.org.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate domain ownership details, content rights, lawful website material, renewal decisions, and timely access to old hosting accounts when migration is requested.

Acceptable use

Services may not be used for spam, phishing, malware, unlawful content, abusive scraping, credential theft, payment fraud, harassment, intellectual property abuse, illegal downloads, or activity that risks the server, network, payment accounts, or other customers.

Availability and migrations

Hosting and migration work is performed with reasonable care, but no public website, DNS change, email route or third-party platform can be guaranteed to remain uninterrupted at all times. Customers should keep independent copies of important content and business data.

Support scope

Support covers the agreed hosting service and setup work. Third-party plugins, custom code, external email providers, domain registrars, payment platforms, hacked websites, premium themes and external APIs may require extra work or support from the original provider.
